If oh Bumpy Rumba has nothing to hide, then why can he not just produce his birth certificate and end the matter? Obviously, he does have something to hide, by spending millions of dollars fighting Court cases, which demand to see the said certificate. Obviously, he has something to hide, if he produces a forged one, produced using from a certificate which has had somebody's details taken out and his replacing them. It is a simple procedure.
Scan in a real certificate of Jane Dough. Put boxes round the name, address and other details which were entered onto the original blank certificate and remove what is inside the boxes and save. You now have a blank form. You can either print it on aged paper and type in the details, having found a typewriter of the proper era , or just use the computer to type in the details and save that. Print the new one out and you have produced a birth certificate.You are saying it is a copy so need need for aged paper and old typewriters, which was a common downfall in the the times before scanners and computers.
Pictures and details can be taken out of Driving licences and replaced, taken out of gun licenses and replaced, details taken out of Ph D Certificates, M.D. Licenses, Pilot's Licenses and on and on. Any form that a Government printer can produce on a computer can be made on any other computer with a scanner connected to it. People selling whole persona's, have blank forms for everything, already stored in computers, to be brought up on screen and filled in, to suit the customer.It's a joke.
A friend of mine would not believe me on this, as perhaps some of you reading this, don't either. I said give me your drivers licence. In the Uk, it has a small photo on it and some details of name etc. I made one for me and one for him in a different name, using my picture with his details and his picture on the other one with the wrong name. It took an hour!! With blanks already stored in, I am sure it could be done in 15 minutes. I had to get the iron out the cupboard, plug it in and cut card, after all!!!!!!!!!!!!
I cut a piece of card to the right size. Scanned in the license, deleted picture and details replaced them, then printed out the mock ups on thin flimsy paper. The tiniest touch of clue on the corners of the card held the flimsy in place. I then laid out cling film and covered the two pieces over, with it. Sealed it all with a damp cloth and a warm iron and bob's yer Granny. Kick it round the floor to dirty it up and provide that used look. He couldn't tell me the real from the fake.
Letterheads are forged the same way. Just scan in a real one. Take out the body of the letter and replace it as required. Leave in the original signature and it looks genuine. Nobody ever checks, they just accept it all.
Glowing survey reports for houses can be scanned it and the address details changed, to suit the new location, owner etc.You can now get a free scanner app for your I phone and save to computer. can you print from an I phone? If you can then you could do it all on that, now!!!!!
