Co habiting takes place if a partner stays for three consecutive days and nights. Going away and coming back breaks the chain. This must be changed to get any where. If the same two people are together week after week, then that should be enough.

She is the same and may have kids which gives more benefit.Either or both can work part time for cash. If they live together, they are then assessed as couple and receive less than they would do as single people. Some own one of the homes which is then rented out, for cash or legally and may be used for multiple occupancy scams with three to a room, claiming benefit and turning up for every inspection. If rented, legally, then the expenses are worked out to, completely, use up the income, whether it does or not.

The really clever ones say that they rent their house, via an agent, who can be a family member, trading as Rent a home of Glasgow. Then a fee can go into the expenses via a computer invoice.
