The News of the World and Fleet Street's dark era

BBC News - The News of the World and Fleet Street's dark era

The contents at the bottom of many barrels are now being looked at and mulled over to scrap of the mud and throw it. It is the new Olympic sport. Barrels are even being tipped over, to look underneath them. Everyone wants to slag off the News of the Screws but they should remember that old phrase,' there but for the grace of God, go I.' They have all been at it, since the first newspaper ever appeared. it ain't finished yet.
Will TV investigative journalists be brought into it? They have big check books, too. How much, if anything, did Ross Gump, Rebel Wadein von Bookie's ex man, have to give out, to get interviews, with all his gang 'friends' round the World??? Did all of them appear on camera for altruistic reasons? How about that Irish guy, the Donald McIntyre and his reports. Does Jeeza pay his guests? Springer did! The can of worms is now open and it is a family size one. The mud will be flying, everywhere, as the games up for many, they may as well pull everybody else down with them.
You could not ask for a better silly season story, in which, they can all sharpen their knives and stick them in, right up to the hilt. This is going to run all Summer and Autumn.
