By any chance does another country have HAARP capabilities too? Strange lights in the sky appeared, over Japan, prior to the earthquake, which caused the destruction of a lab and also, appeared later, just before the nuclear meltdown.
So, if the Americans have it, then, why have the Chinese not copied it or the secretive Russians, perhaps. Let's all get onto Google Earth and look for areas, in the middle of nowhere, with miles of wire strung out on poles, in rectilinear patterns, just above the ground, like washing lines.
