So call it $50 million which is a nice round number. What a waste of money ! Why not build the Wills & Kate children's hospital and the two of them can get on his bike and whiz up to Gretna for a quicky wedding. it is really easy. Get on the M25 then onto the M1. then the M6 A Ducati, two up, should do it in about 4/5 hours each way. So plenty of time to go clubbing afterwards.
