About time too, although I am sure that their will be some Court cases regarding assault claims from some precocious teens and their parents. A teacher should have a witness when searching or even better a webcam or phone video record for their protection.
All you see in Facebook on a school day are posts from teens sitting in this or that subject with a list of friends who are all bored. ! Or they remark on their teacher while in the classroom.
