I really don't see how a singing ban can be enforced and anybody pleading not guilty could have great fun at the trial.
Prosecutor: Well Officer, What was he singing?
Big Glasga polis: The Sash
Defense lawyer: How does it go?
Big Polis: Sings lustily.
Should be a great game !
