It will not matter where the first arrest takes place, there will, unfortunately, be demonstrations following it. I could not care less what religion a person follows as long as they don't try to ram it down my throat. people can do what they like in that respect. However I do agree with a total ban on the all covering garments and face covering garments on the grounds that people of either sex may wear them. Identifying a person is impossible.
The garments are so voluminous, which makes it possible to carry arms or explosives or drugs strapped to a body under the clothing.
