Due to the differing levels of local taxes set state to state in USA it has become a viable proposition to buy cigarettes in one state and transport them to another for sale. A new era for the Kennedy family perhaps??!!
People are using the internet to purchase them and the supplier is using the US Postal Service to deliver them.
