Are USA and the Uk still free countries? Don't make me laugh !! You can be tagged and followed everywhere that you go on CCTV systems. Your mobile phone provides a record of where you have been, when, how long for and how long that it took you to move from A to B.
Should you use a Credit or Debit Card the transactions are recorded showing when you purchased, what you purchased, from where and how much that you spent. Your mobile phone confirms this data by showing where you were,at what time and how long for. If you ever need an alibi, then this data is third party proof, unless someone is following a script with your phone and cards, of course.
Anyone claiming travelling expenses may have their claims checked against mobile phone data. Police Officers who carry their own mobiles could trip themselves up, if they have falsified reports, by the use of movement data. People taking a day off but who have reported that they met A, B and C on that day may be tripped up, too.
Look out for many Court Orders, coming soon, to open up mobile phones and extract data which can be used as independent evidence showing that people were not where they either said that they were, or it is said, by others, that they were, on certain dates and at specific times.
Solution is : Take out the battery.
