So the Judge was shot first!!! I have posted since this whole Tuson thing began that he was the target and not her. She was just a bonus. The shooter was a 'patsy in waiting' kept drugged up awaiting his magic phone call for the mind control to kick in and do as he was told. He had come to the attention of police many times and continually posted stuff all over the internet. Reports were written and he stood out as a 'patsy.'
The Judge had ruled against the Government in a big case just about ten days prior to the shooting and they got a lot of egg on their faces due to the verdict. A gang leader had been arrested in 2007 and was relieved of some $330,000 on suspicion that it was obtained by and was the proceeds of crime. However he was freed. He then asked for his money back and eventually the Judge gave him it through this ruling. So the Government can no longer take people's money on suspicion, they must have proof.
