Certainly appears to e happening. Riots and demos in Algeria and Tunisia may just be the star. The CIA have destabilised many Governments by throwing a load of money at Freedom Fighter Groups. It only needs a couple of agent provocateurs to guide the indigenous malcontents to do all the work while they sit back and conduct events to a well used script.
