Pima County Sheriff Dupnik Blamed Right Wing for Slaughter But Details Emerge of Multiple Contacts between Jared Loughner and the Sheriffs office over Multiple Death Threats

Everybody seems to have known all about this guy before the shooting happened. Were they told to 'leave him alone' to do his job. Perhaps the politician was not, in fact, the target but merely a bonus. Killed in the group was Judge John Rolls who had just ruled against the Government, in a huge case, the previous week. He ruled that the Government could not confiscate a person's assets on suspicion alone, they must have proof. Seems fair to me otherwise the Government could just go round taking rich folks money from them without proof that they had done anything wrong.

Everybody seems to have had their scripts ready, written and printed just a bit too quickly in this case for my liking. It is as if they had knowledge aforehand to go for the politician and cloud over the Judge as an innocent bystander when, in fact, it may have been the other way round.
