Good try but no cigar! Nothing to do with the internet. This will go along the lines of.............
1. To enter the Internet enter your code 2. Code will be checked against information previously provided and checked physically. 3. Government will know who is on the web and for how long and what pages they looked at, what comments they made, what stuff they bought, what parties they joined. All traced back to YOU.
Then a local task force will come round to re educate you in internet usage !!!
