Fulford lives in Japan. He was Forbes magazine's man in the Far East and now claims to be the spokesman for a very secret Chinese secret Society. This society has told the Illuminati that they are standing against them and have tens of thousands of Ninja placed all over the World in addition to their forces in China, Japan and the Far East to take out an illuminati member.
They have promised an all out War if the Illuminati go much further along their chosen path which the Chinese are totally against. Things have been bubbling along for a few years now.Fulford disappears and upon return states that he was at a meeting with his people, normally in Thailand, getting new instructions and/or direction.
Fulford is Canadian born but claims that he has been asked to become Japans Minister of Finance at some future time. He speaks and writes Japanese script and has lived in Japan for many years. He is a very, very, interesting man to listen to and whether he is mad or not I have no idea but he is doing no harm so why bother him.
