They must be reading this blog! I said ages ago that Germany and France would not continue to pay for the errors of others, again, by putting in more money to the bail out fund. Why should they bring themselves down to the level of the the other countries in the club.
If you can't walk the walk get out of the club! If too many can't follow the rules then dissolve the club altogether.
