These call centres are becoming a menace! They charge premium rates for the calls and keep you hanging on hoping to get through to a human. Do dial them on a mobile phone costs even more money.
You get push button 1 for a sub set and push button 2 for another sub set and on it goes. Ten you are left dangling listening to the most crap awful music that was ever written. Just as you start to drink your coffee an operator comes on and says "hold the line please" and then you get cut off and have to start all over again!
So after spending about £12 yo finally get through to a human who tells you "oh you've come through to he wrong department wait a minute and I'll transfer you." Whirr click whirr and you are cut of again!!
After an hour or so and having spent more money you reach a human who says" oh sorry wrong office. The number you want is 094737300"
4 Valium and start again!!
