Washington subway police to begin random bag checks

Washington subway police to begin random bag checks

As I have said in here recently, the searchers are going to end up checking everybody everywhere. It started with the planes. Now it has moved on to the subway, next will be the rail network and then the shopping mall.
In a few decades every home will have a scanner. You will be logged going in and coming out and data on what you are carrying will be logged too.
These random searches will probably not catch too many mad bombers but they will capture more and more shoplifters, hidden weapon carriers, drug dealers moving a couple of kilos here and there and various other small time criminals who rely on crowds in which to hide their transportation of goods.
