Many years ago in the UK a kid of school leaving age was given a National Insurance Number. This number followed you for life in your dealings with the Inland Revenue and National Insurance Departments of Government. In effect it was an I.D. Later the law was changed to give ever baby born an N.I. Number.
So in theory everybody had a number which could I.D them.
Now they are fingerprinting school kids, without consent, as a game or art class or any other excuse. The school will already have a file on each kid with various details in it. So how long are these files held, who has access, where do they go when a kid leaves school?
There is far too much stealth file making in schools these days in order to "educate" or more likely "control" these kids when they become adults.
