It will be a very easy target! So it fires 100 miles. Does that mean that America, Russia, Cuba and Mexico are now enemies or are they going to use it state to state?
As every rail system is different from every other one in that the width of the tracks always seem to be different before it could be broken down and transported anywhere a whole track for it would have to be laid down.
