This map shows the real time movements of ships in the Firth of Clyde in Scotland and always fascinates me.
At present you can see the track of the search and rescue helicopter which has left Dunoon and appears to e heading toward paisley R A Hospital.
You can move to sections all over the UK and watch ship movements. I think that I am getting a new anarak from Santa LOL
UPDATE. The SAR 'copter took off from a bit north of Dunoon near Collintraive ferry and flew right up the middle of the Firth of Clyde turning right past Gourock and Greenock. Flying straight up the middle of the River Clyde and as now landed in Glasgow.
As they passed loads of hospitals on route I would guess that a sick kid is going to be in Yorkhill Children's Hospital.
Of course, I could be totally wrong and it is Prince Will's taking his girlfriend for a spin !!!
Another good site is www.openatc.com You need google earth as well.
It shows all aircraft moving in the skies over the UK and Europe, or not moving as the case may be!!!! The site has a 5 minute delay as an anti terrorist measure
