Common Purpose are a group which should be investigated quickly. They are "training " people, new in the job front, to adopt there way of thinking on everything. The view being that as they climb the ladder of seniority they will obtain positions of power in the long term goal of the C.P. way of running everything their way.
Google them and see what they are up to.
