Great friend of Adolf Hitler and I believe a closet Nazi abdicated in order to marry a very gay devorcee Wallis Simpson whom he bought loads of jewels for after they moved to the South of France and set up home together.
Hitler promised him the throne back when he had invaded and conquered England to run the country on Germany's behalf.
His parents had changed their family name from Saxe Coburg Gotha to Windsor at the time of WW1 so as not to offend the British people. A lot easier to say I suppose.
