The rail passenger told it¿s too dangerous to take a cup of tea to his seat | Mail Online

I think that I must agree with this one. I would not like a cup of hot anything liquid poured over me on a train or a coach for that matter. The staff are more used to the shake, rattle and roll and more importantly the rail company or coach firm can be sued and insurance claims made for cleaning, travel or whatever. Whereas it is difficult to sue a private individual who does the same thing.
