This story is rubbish !! It takes roughly two and a half to three years from the time that the poppy is picked until the drugs hit the UK from that crop So if this year's crop has a fungus then it will affect 2012/13 deliveries and not just now.
As good a forewarning as you will get that there will be a huge war very soon. The black ops side of the war will need loads of money which will now be provided by the higher prices of heroin due to the probable CIA fungus this year. Simple supply and demand theory. Shortages put the price up!!!!!
The War chest will then be replenished and the game remains the same............
