Dogs.....unclean? Wash it!!! What do they do with the pony? Take it through a car wash!
This kid is going to be the target of ridicule anywhere she can go with a horse! A guide dog can travel by train, bus, car but even a small horse surely cannot do so.
Get her a dog for goodness sake !!
